Careers at Minds

Human judgment.
Extraordinary reach.

A small human team. An agent-powered company. A chance to shape how the two work together.

Explore the human work
Our ambition, around the clock.

A company that keeps going.

Our agent workforce carries work forward around the clock, every day of the year. People give that work direction, bring judgment to the important decisions, and take responsibility for what reaches the world.

Built differently, from the beginning

The size of the team shouldn’t set the size of the idea.

Most of the Minds workforce is made up of agents. We’re building the company around that reality: a small group of people working with a much larger capacity to research, build, check, and improve.

We make memory for agents because useful work should carry forward. The same idea shapes the company. Each decision, each improvement, and each lesson should give the next piece of work a better place to begin.

For the people here, the opportunity is unusually direct. Understand something deeply. Take responsibility for it. Build the systems that let that care reach further.

Where people make the difference

A few essential disciplines.
Room for real depth.

These are the responsibilities our operating model needs. They can overlap in a small team and are areas of interest, rather than advertised vacancies.

01

Agent & Fleet Operations

Make a thousand moving parts work as one.

An orchestrator turns an ambition into work agents can carry through. You shape the assignments, connect the right tools, and decide what a good result looks like. When a fleet stalls, repeats itself, or heads in the wrong direction, you find the cause and improve the system.

The responsibilityWorkflows, agent access, evaluation, cost controls, and recovery.

What this work looks like
  • Turn a customer problem into clear tasks, with useful context and a way to check the result.
  • Choose what can run independently and what needs a person’s decision. Set access, spending, and stopping limits accordingly.
  • Inspect failures, repair handoffs, and turn a successful intervention into a repeatable improvement.

Show us your thinking. A workflow you have operated, a failure you diagnosed, or an evaluation that caught something important.

02

Infrastructure & Reliability

Give continuous work a dependable foundation.

Every agent depends on something real: compute, storage, a network, and a way back when something breaks. This work connects the software to the systems beneath it, from dedicated customer instances to the people who can reach a machine in person.

The responsibilityPlatform health, capacity, access security, backups, and incident response.

What this work looks like
  • Make provisioning, monitoring, upgrades, and recovery repeatable. Test that a backup can actually be restored.
  • Keep customer environments separate, investigate unusual behavior, and understand where time and money are being spent.
  • Coordinate hardware, power, networking, and replacement work with infrastructure partners. Bring physical operations in-house when the work justifies it.

Show us your thinking. A service you made more reliable, a recovery you tested, or an incident you resolved and learned from.

03

Product & Customer Judgment

Know what is worth building. And when it is right.

Agents can explore possibilities and produce work at extraordinary speed. Someone still needs to understand the person on the other side. This is where product direction, design craft, customer relationships, and responsibility for the business come together.

The responsibilityProduct priorities, experience quality, customer trust, and business decisions.

What this work looks like
  • Spend time with customers. Decide which problems deserve attention and what a thoughtful solution should feel like.
  • Review meaningful changes against real use. Set the quality standard for the product, its documentation, and its voice.
  • Own sensitive customer cases, commitments, budgets, and the decisions that require specialist advice.

Show us your thinking. A product decision that helped someone, an experience you refined, or a difficult customer problem you took responsibility for.

How we’re building

Set the direction.
Make every cycle better.

  1. 01

    Start with a clear purpose.

Give the work a goal, the context to reach it, and a person responsible for the outcome.

  2. 02

    Give agents room to work.

Build useful tools and bounded permissions. Let routine work move without a person supervising every step.

  3. 03

    Bring judgment to the exceptions.

Check the evidence. Intervene where quality, access, cost, or a customer’s trust calls for a human decision.

  4. 04

    Leave the system better.

Carry the lesson into memory, tests, and the next workflow. A good fix should keep helping after the moment has passed.

Continuous operation.
Sustainable human work.

The company can work around the clock without asking every person to do the same. That is a design requirement for the organization we’re building.

It means clear handoffs, useful alerts, recoverable systems, and dependable human backup. When the work needs more coverage or expertise, we make room for it. Staying small only works when the people and the product can thrive.

Your next chapter

Bring your judgment.
Expand what’s possible.

We’re interested in people who can build, operate, and care deeply about the result. Tell us which part of this future you want to help make real.

Share something you have made or improved, the decisions behind it, and what you learned. A private-work summary is welcome. A résumé is optional.
